Our red wines are aged in Natural French Oak for 10 to 18 months depending on the varietal of grape. Our Cabs pair well with red meat, a red sauce pasta, and earthy cheese.
The Dornfelder (very limited supply) originated in Germany and is known for its deep color and tastes of cherries, berries, and plums. Dornfelder pairs well with meat, pasta, cheese, and spicy foots!
Our whites also aged in Natural French Oak for 8 to 10 months depending on the varietal of grape.The Chardonnay has a nice crisp flavor and pairs well with seafood.
Our Vidal Blanc is slightly sweet offering those who enjoy a little less tartness to enjoy a nice crisp and slightly citrus flavor with just a slight bit of sweetness added for your pleasure.
